| Abstract: | The communicative viewpoint of Language is now the guiding ideology of the basic foreign language teaching. Teachers must not only give their students English knowl- edge, but also tell them how to use it. i. e. They should devote much attention to the train- ing of students linguistic competence, social linguistic competence and cultural competence. |
