| 摘 要： | 研究了废涤纶料和异辛醇在催化剂作用下,一步合成新型增塑剂——对苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOTP)的投料配比对产率、产品性能的影响.催化剂及其用量对反应速串的影响,经实验筛选出以钛酸四异丙酯及其复合催化剂,反应温度为210～220℃,原料配比废涤纶∶异辛醇=1∶(2.8～3.2摩尔比)的最佳工艺条件.

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the method of making use of waste polyesters and isooctyl alcohol with catalyzator,one-step synthesizing new- plasticizer terephthalate diisooctyl ester(DOTP).Repeat studies showed the influences of put-in ratio on yield and products quality,and the influences of the kind of catalyzator and the quantity of catalyzator on reaction rate.Exper- iments screened ideal compound catalyzator and technological conditions. |
