| 摘 要： | 对乏情后备母猪应用外源激素LRH-A3提高繁殖性能的研究表明:(1) LRH-A3显著地促进乏情后备母猪的发情.处理后母猪发情间隔的平均天数缩短7.24 d(7.14 d对14.38 d,P＜0.01);在7 d内发情的比率提高54.37%(81.55%对27.18%,P＜0.01).(2) LRH-A3显著地提高发情率和情期受胎率:试验组的发情率、受胎率分别比对照组提高30.13%(93.76%对63.63%,P＜0.01),9.85%(95.56%对85.71%,P＜0.05). (3)LRH-A3显著地提高母猪的产仔性能:试验组母猪第一胎、第二胎窝平均产活仔数比对照组分别提高2.11头(10.13对8.02,P＜0.05),1.94头(10.14对8.20,P＜0.05)(4) LRH-A3对第二胎繁殖效率无负面效应:试验组、对照组分别在第一胎、第二胎的窝产活仔猪数、初生窝重等方面,胎次间差异均不显著(P＞0.05).

| Abstract: | The results of using LRH-A_3 to induce estrus in anestrus gilts indicated that LRH-A_3 could promote estrus in anestrus gilts and shorten the days open of first-litter sow, improve estrus rate and conception rate of anestrus gilts,and increase litter size. Compared with the control group,the estrus-service interval shortened by 7.24 day (7.14 day:14.38 day, P<0.01),the sow's post-weaning estrus ratio increased by 54.37% (81.55%:27.18%, P<0.01).the estrus rate,conception rate increased by 30.10 % (P<0.01), 15.87% (P<0.01) respectively. The average live litter size of firstbirth and secondbirth increased by 2.11% (10.13:8.02;P<0.01), 1.94 (10.14:8.20; P<0.01) respectively. |
