空调生产线商检房温度自动控制节能设计

摘    要:针对商检房中央空调系统中循环水泵/循环风机在无监控情况下长时间满负荷运行时会造成运行成本高、故障多等问题,设计了空调生产线商检房温度自动控制节能系统,该系统以PLC、温度控制器、变频器作为主控元件,根据温度控制器设定的温差调节循环水泵和循环风机的频率。通过实际应用表明,该系统可以节能,同时降低生产成本。

Abstract:High operation cost and mechanical breakdown may happen when circulation water pump and circulating fan in the commodity inspection room of central air-conditioner system work without being monitored for long. A design of the energy-saving system of automatic temperature control in commodity inspection room of air-conditioner production lines is suggested in this paper. The main components of the energy-saving system are PLC, temperature controller and transducer. The system can adjust the frequencies of circulation water pump and circulating fan according to temperature differences of the temperature controller. Practical application proves that the system not only saves energy but also reduces production cost.
