| 摘 要： | 目的对比后牙区单颗Straumann SLA和Strauman SLActive即刻负荷一年后种植体成功率,了解SLActive的临床应用前景。方法术后一年随访40名SLA和SLActive即刻负荷植牙患者,对种植体成功率进行临床效果评价,以及测量种植体稳定系数。结果两组间表面处理差异位对种植体成功率无显著影响,对种植体稳定系数(ISQ)有影响(p0.05)。结论:SLActive促进软硬骨组织结合,增加临床预期性。
