摘    要:激光切割质量的优劣是指切割尺寸精度高低和切割表面质量的好坏,而切割表面质量又以切口宽度及切口表面粗糙度、热影响区的宽度、切口断面的波纹和切口断面或下表面有无挂渣等为衡量指标.为进一步提高激光切割表面的质量,通过对激光切割的加工件表面轨迹进行数据采集和分析,提出了随加工物件平整度动态调整激光切割喷嘴位置的系列预估控制算法,以达到补偿提高切割精度的目的.并利用计算机仿真实验,验证了该方法能够有效地修正实际切割轨迹,从而提高激光切割的精度和质量,证明该方法可行.

Abstract:For laser cutting, the cutting quality depends on the precision of cutting size and surface quality. The surface quality is measured by the width of kerr and the heat-effected zone, surface roughness and so on. In order to improve the surface quality of laser cutting, by analyzing the actual working trajectory and the workpiece parameters, we propose two improved predictive control methods, which can compensate the cutting accuracy by dynamically adjusting the nozzle location according to the workpiece's flatness. The simulation shows the accuracy and the quality of the cutting is significantly improved by means of these methods, and proves the effectiveness of those methods as well.
