摘    要:采用不同的测定方法,分析了生长在不同生态环境的蝴蝶兰和荷花的花瓣、叶片在不同部位、不同发育时期的SOD、VC、叶绿素、蛋白质、糖类等7种物质,研究分析认为:不同部位的蝴蝶兰花瓣、叶片中VC、糖类含量高;荷花花瓣、叶片中SOD、蛋白质含量高;蝴蝶兰叶片中叶绿素含量高;半开期蝴蝶兰、荷花花瓣物质含量最丰富是获得最佳物质资源的关键时期。

Abstract:By employing different determination method,this paper analyzed SOD,VC,chlorophyll,protein,sugar and so forth contained in different parts of the petals and leaves of Phalaenopsis amabilis and lotus in different phases of their growth.The analysis indicated that Phalaenopsis amabilis contains much VC and sugar in its petals and leaves;lotus has much SOD and protein in its petals and leaves;Phalaenopsis amabilis holds chlorophyll in leaves;half-blossoming Phalaenopsis amabilis and lotus are both rich in and are thought to be the critical period to get all the substances mentioned above.
