| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment effect of Lumbrokinase on the neuron Nissl bodies in the gastric muscle plexus of diabetic rats.Methods An experiment on the SPF models established by using streptozotocin(STZ) and diabetic rats which were randomly put into the control and the Lumbrokinase trial groups was carried out.The effect was examined through the use of toluidine in 30 weeks.Results The amount of neuron Nissl bodies of the models was less than that of the control group(P<0.01) while the amount of neuron Nissl bodies of the Lumbrokinase trial group was more than that of the models(P<0.01).There was a difference between the control and the trial groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of the amount of neuron Nissl bodies of the models indicated the neuron was damaged and Lumbrokinase was effective in protecting neuron. |
