| 摘 要： | 为简化PVC人造革静电植绒胶的调制工艺，用高纯度的水及在线自制的N－羟甲基丙烯酰胺作交联剂，免去除阻聚剂的方法，所得的聚丙烯酸酯乳液在调胶时只加入氨水即可，无须加入三聚氰胺。

| Abstract: | In order to simplify the mixing technology of static flannel planting adhesive for PVC leather and lower the production cost, a new way of synthesizing adhesive for flannel planting has been worked out by useing high purity water and online home made N hydroxymethyl acrylamide as agent of conduction and removing anti polymerization. The adhesive is good after the trial at a flannel planting factory. |
