| 摘 要： | 中央银行的主要任务是控制货币供应和信贷,而中央银行任务的实施是通过“货币政策”。计划经济体制下的中央银行与市场经济体制下的中央银行的作用是完全不同的,中国人民银行宏观调控体制改革是实现由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转轨的关键步骤。
