废胶粉/丁基橡胶/受阻酚混杂体阻尼性能的研究

摘    要:采用合适的混合工艺条件制得有一定使用性能的废胶粉/丁基橡胶/AO-60共混阻尼材料,当废胶粉/丁基橡胶/AO-60共混比为60:40:25时,材料阻尼性能最好,阻尼损耗因子最高为0.63;随着AO-60含量的逐步增加.混杂体阻尼性能显著提高;在同一配比下的废胶粉/丁基橡胶/AO~60,加入经淬火处理的AO-60混杂体阻尼材料比加入未经淬火处理的AO-60混杂体阻尼材料的阻尼损耗因子低。

Abstract:A blending damping material compounded by crumb rubber powder/butyl rubber/AO-60 can obtain useful properties with proper mixing process. As blending ratio of the crumb rubber powder/ butyl rubber/AO-60 is 60 : 40 : 25,material has the best damping properties and damping loss factor is up to 0. 63. With gradually increasing content of AO-60, damping performance improved significantly;Under the same ratio of crumb rubber powder/butyl rubber/AO-60, damping loss factor with quenching process of AO-60 preparation of damping material in hybrid systems is lower than without quenching process of AO-60 preparation of damping material in hybrid systems.
