| 摘 要： | 机动车保有量的迅猛增长给城市道路交通管理带来巨大的压力。本文运用模糊数学的方法对此问题进行系统分析，重点从管理机制的角度去研究，并提出解决有关交通管理机制问题的对策和建议。 |
