| 摘 要： | 对佛山市禅城区市场豆芽的食用安全问题进行了随机采样检测,结果表明,被抽测的几大农贸市场中,无论是黄豆芽还是绿豆芽都含有一定量对人体有害的保险粉。这反映出佛山市禅城区农贸市场存在一定的食品安全隐患。对此,相关职能部门应当加强对市场食品安全的检测和监管力度。

| Abstract: | We detected the safety of bean sprout of several markets in Chancheng area of Foshan city.The results showed that sodium dithionite was used on bean sprout in order to keep it fresh.Nitrite is harmful to human health,so we suggest that government should intensify the intendance to the safety of food. |
