| 摘 要： | 在脑-垂体-性腺轴中,促性腺激素（Gonadotropic hormone ,GtH）是一种重要的激素,对鱼类性腺的发育和成熟以及生殖细胞的发生、发育、成熟及排放都有重要的调节作用,新近的研究还表明,GtH可能对鱼类性别分化产生影响.本文综述了鱼类具有两种GtH和两种GtH细胞以及GtH的功能及其分泌调控等方面的研究进展.

| Abstract: | In the brain-pituitary-gonad axis, gonadotropic hormone (GtH) is an important hormone, which regulates fish gonad development and maturity, and regulates cytogenesis, development, maturity and releasing of the germ cells. The recent researches also show that GtH may have an influence on the sex differentiation in fish. This report reviews two GtHs and two GtH cells in fish and the advances on their functions and secretion regulation researches. |
