| 摘 要： | 本文在全面理解马克思劳动价值理论的基础上，结合我国市场经济发展，探讨了深化劳动的性质和劳动概念的内涵，简要分析了拓展价值形成的影响因素，提出了深化与发展劳动价值理论的策略，对发展我国社会主义市场经济有着积极的意义。
