论制约大学英语教学效果的非教学因素

摘    要:本文着重分析了多年来影响英语教学效果的三个主要因素:首先由于近年来大学生扩招,学习风气有所下降;其次学校硬件设施如语音室、多媒体建设投入太少;最后教师的素质,尤其是科研能力、知识结构和英语技能与现实要求有一定差距。作者认为要使大学英语教学效果上一个新的台阶,必须切实解决好这三方面的问题,教、学、管三方齐抓共进。

Abstract:The essay analyses the factors that influence the result of English teaching:1)extension enrolment leading to the degeneration of academic atmosphere; 2)The input of the teaching facilities such as lab. multi-media is less. 3)The quality of the teachers, especially the research ability, the knowledge structure and skill are not perfect. So, In order to improve the result of English teaching, the three aspects must be well-coordinated, let teaching, studying and management bring into line.
