心理普查筛出心理危机信息的价值

目的:判断心理普查筛出的心理危机信息对预防心理危机发生的价值,为制定科学合理的心理危机干预策略提供参考。方法:心理健康普查,并对普查筛选出的样本进行分层预防性干预。结果:心理普查SCL-90筛选出的一类学生占学生总数的7.71%;UPI筛选出的一类学生占学生总数的11.8%;其中1/2接受预防性干预的学生有效地控制了危机发生。对未进行预防性干预的发生了心理危机的学生进行心理普查信息反查发现,UPI得分普遍较低,而SCL-90阳性项目均分普遍偏高。结论:SCL-90对潜在心理危机筛选有效,但不能预见突发性危机,因此心理危机干预应坚持即时干预和预防干预双轨并行。

The Values of the Psychological Crisis Information Sieved from Psychological Survey

Objective:In order to take precautions against psychological crisis,the author hopes to supply references for establishing scientific and reasonable intervention strategies through the estimation of the values in terms of the psychological crisis information sieved from psychological survey.Methods:The psychological health survey has been used,and the swatches sieved from the survey have been intervened ahead by delamination.Results:One type of students sieved by SCL-90 in the psychological survey covers 7.71% of the total,the other type of students sieved by UPI covers 11.8%,and 50% of the students received this kind of precautions have effectively controlled the psychological crisis.The resurvey information from the students without this kind of precautions who have had the psychological crisis reveals that the UPI scores are low at large,and that the averages of the masculine items in terms of SCL-90 are high at large.Conclusions:SCL-90 is good for the filtration as to the potential psychological crisis,but it can't foresee sudden psychological crisis.Therefore the intervention for the psychological crisis should insist on working along both lines,that is,intervening forthwith and intervening ahead.
