| 摘 要： | 针对以往烟台市科技系统各平台之间没有数据交互能力的问题，提出了在整合现有的区域科技资源的基础上，构建一体化的科技创新服务平台方案和整体运行机制，解决了新旧系统的整合问题，实现了区域科技资源的共享，对于促进区域科技创新、深化科技服务具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the existing problems of yantai＇s science and technology system that had no ability to access data each other.This article throw out an all-in-one schema of scientific and technological innovation service platform based on intergration of regional scientific resources and operational mechanism.All of this solve the problem of the intergration between new and old systems and implement the regional resource sharing.The implementation of new system will be of benefit to improvement of regional scientific and technological innovation and scientific and technological service. |
