摘    要:介绍了一种基于集成芯片KC05而设计的异步交流电动机软起动装置。采用模块化设计方式,实现电动机的过、欠压保护功能;运用电子互锁开关电路和KC05芯片为核心实现软制动,实现正常情况下软起动、软制动,以及非正常情况下的保护功能。与传统的电机起动装置相比,有着无触点、低功耗、多功能、适应面广等突出优点,符合了当今电机起动装置的发展要求。

Abstract:This treatise introduces the AC asynchronous motor soft start device design based on the integrated chip KC05. Using the modular design to achieve the motor over and low voltage protection function. Using the electronic interlock switch circuit and KC05 chip as the core to achieves soft brake. It can achieve soft start and soft brake under normal circumstances, as well as the protection function under abnormal circumstances. Compared to traditional motor starting device, it has outstanding advantages such as non-contact, low-power consumption, multifunction, and adapting to a wide range. So the design fits the requirements of the development of today's motor starting device.
