正交试验法优选复方贝母醇提工艺条件的研究

目的:优选复方贝母的醇提工艺条件。方法:以贝母素乙含量作为考察指标,以分光光度法测定贝母素乙含量,以乙醇用量、乙醇浓度、回流时间、回流次数为影响因素,选用L9(34)表进行正交实验。结果:优选工艺为加8倍量80%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次90min。优选工艺提取的浸膏中贝母素乙含量较高。

Study on the Optimization of the Technology of Alcohol Extraction for the optimal compound of Fritillary by Orthogonal Design Method

Objective:To optimize the technology of alcohol extraction for the optimal compound of Fritillary.Methods:The content of Peiminine was determinated by spectrophotometry as the marker of detectation.Alcohol multiple,concentration of alcohol,hours of circumfluence,time of circumfluence were selected as influencing factors and table L9(34) was used to do orthogonal design experiment.Results:The optimum technology of alcohol extraction was that taking 80% alcohol as solvent,the effective component was extracted two time with 8 times volume of alcohol for 90 min,respectively.The content of Peiminine obtained was much by the optimum technology.
