| 摘 要： | 文章根据太极扇的教学特点,结合教学实践,针对提高教学效果这一主题,从激发学生兴趣,注重对太极扇基本技术的教学、提高讲解与示范质量、利用音乐辅助、培养体育骨干等方面进行了研究,以期对高校太极扇的推广与教学质量的提高有所帮助。
