审美视角下的苗族竹竿舞的体育健姜娱乐价值及文化特征研究

采用文献资料法、专家访问法、逻辑分析等方法，概述了苗族的竹杆舞起源和发展，对流行于贵州省黔东南台江地区的苗族传统体育项目“竹杠舞”的健身娱乐价值和文化特征进行分析了研究。研究表明，竹竿舞一项对场地、器材条件要求较低、有一定的技术难度。既属于艺术范畴；又属于体育手段，运动强度、运动量可随意调控，因而苗族的竹竿舞不仅具有民族性、地域性、集体性、交融性、观赏性和综合性等文化特征，而且还具有健身、健心、体育旅游开发等社会价值的民族传统体育项目。
