摘    要:用ALLIANCE型自动分析仪测定烟草中的氨,并在测总氮反应模块的基础上,依氨含量测定原理,在不增加任何设备的情况下,只更改反应试剂,实现总氮和氨含量测定之间的切换。该方法具有简单、高效、重复好等特点,适用于各种烟草样品中氨含量的测定。

Abstract:Base on total nitrogen continuous-flow detection module and basic principle of ammonia content detection methodology, using ALLIANCE continuous flowing analyzer realizes the detection of ammonia content in tobacco leaf sample, without adding any other module or equipment, only changing some reaction reagent.The method of establishment can be used to detect ammonia content of various tobacco samples with simplicity, high efficiency, and good reproducibility.
