| Abstract: | In recent years,dairy products security incidents occur frequently which has caused panic among consumers.Undoubtedly,its quality and safety issues will become the important bottleneck to restrict the development of dairy industry.In this paper,dairy quality and safety of each link are discussed,and in the management puts forward some pertinent suggestions. |
