摘    要:遗传学实验是生物专业重要的专业基础课程,对培养学生的开拓创新精神和实践能力起着十分重要的作用。通过对遗传学实验教学内容进行整合,将实验内容划分为三大模块:细胞遗传学综合实验、经典有性杂交综合实验和微生物遗传综合实验。重点突出实验的综合性、设计性及创新性,引入多媒体辅助教学,并建立全面灵活的考核体系。通过这些改革措施,提高了学生的实验兴趣、增强了实验的主动性,培养了学生的创新能力。

Abstract:The genetics experiment is the important basic professional course to biology speciality.It is very important for cultivating students’ innovative spirits and experimental skills.The related experiments were divided into three pieces of experiment modules: Bio-cytogenetics comprehensive experiment,classical sexual hybridization comprehensive experiment and microbial genetics experiment.These experiments should be comprehensive,designable and innovative.The multimedia assisted teaching was introduced into experiment teaching and the overall and flexible appraisal system was established.The ability to design and innovate experiment could be developed through the training.
