非氧化型无泡杀菌灭藻剂的合成及效果试验

摘    要:由环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺先聚合成聚季铵盐,再加入助剂和异噻唑啉酮制备了复合高效无泡沫非氧化型杀菌灭藻剂。用该类杀菌灭藻剂与其他常用杀菌灭藻剂对循环水中的异养菌、硫酸还原菌、藻类进行了杀菌灭藻对比实验并对其与常规水处理药剂的相容性及阻垢性能、腐蚀率实验进行了测试,结果表明该无泡杀菌灭藻剂应用效果优良,基本无泡沫产生,144小时内杀菌灭藻率仍在60%以上,与其他缓蚀阻垢剂相容性好。

Non Oxidizing Type Foamless Bactericidal Algicide Synthesis and Effect Test
Abstract:By epichlorohydrin and two methylamine first polymerization poly quaternary ammonium salt,adding additives and isothiazolone preparation composite efficient without foam non-oxidizing biocides.With this kind of biocides and other commonly used sterilization algicide for circulating water heterotrophic bacteria,sulfate reducing bacteria,algae were sterilization experiment and the conventional water treatment medicament compatibility and scale inhibition,corrosion rate experiment was carried out to test,the results show that the bubble free bactericidal Algicide good application effect,no bubble,within 144 hours of sterilization algae removal rate is over 60%,and other corrosion and scale inhibitor with good compatibility.
