摘 要: | 利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对轮轨接触进行了弹塑性静力分析,模拟了轮轨真实的几何形状和边界条件,分别研究了轴重、枕木支撑位置对接触应力的影响,并对各种参数的变化规律进行了分析,得出了轮轨间接触应力及塑性应变的分布规律。

Abstract: | ANSYS FEM is used to solve the elastic and static wheel-rail contact problem. The real geometry and edge conditions of wheel-rail are simulated and the influence of different wheel diameters, different axle loads and the sleeper supporting on the different of wheel set on contact elastic-plastic stress/strain are studied. The paper shows that the most important factor is the lateral shift. |
