基于Pro/Engineer的钣金类参数化设计研究

摘    要:长期以来,我国企业的产品设计延续着一种改进型产品设计模式,导致了产品重复性操作,严重浪费了人力、财力和物力,制约了产品的创新。避免重复性劳动的智能化设计已势在必行,采用参数化软件Pro/Engineer是一个很好的选取择。在设计中,将骨架结构、几何形状等信息处理为易于控制的参数化变量.通过驱动参数化尺寸实现对设计结果的修改。通过这种方法来缩短相似产品再次的开发周期、降低成本。提高生产率。

Abstract:For a long period, the product design in China's enterprises had been a continuation of improved product design model.This had led to some Products repetitive operation problems, and it was a serious waste of human, financial and material resources, constraining product innovation. It was important that using intelligent design method to avoid repetitive, so the software of Pro/Engineer was a good choice. When stating a new design, the most important information such as skeleton structure and geometry was controlled by parameter, so the structure could be constrained by such diameter and changed easier than before. Via such method, it could diminish the development cycle, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
