| 摘 要： | 项目成本控制是施工企业提高经济效益的主要手段之一,项目成本控制的好坏,反映了施工企业管理水平的高低市场竞争力的强弱。本文作者通过在襄樊地区展开调查,分析出目前施工企业在成本控制中存在的主要问题,并根据这些问题,提出相应的具体对策。
