| Abstract: | The advantages and necessity of local college library books` purchasing, bidding and catalog business outsourcing is stated. The enforcement plan of purchasing, bidding and catalog business outsourcing is introduced. Problems which attention should be paid in the activity of purchasing, bidding and catalog business outsourcing are raised. Books` purchasing quality can be effectively promoted by grasping the important link in the course of purchasing, bidding and outsourcing. |
