产学研合作中存在的问题分析与对策研究

本文主要取材于合肥工业大管理学院营销管理研究所和安徽省科技厅合作的关于产学研合作的课题,首先从产学研合作的现状出发,并以安徽省为例,指出了近5年来我国产学研合作的发展情况,在此基础上,提出了存在于产学研合作中"产"方、"学"方、"研"方以及产学研合作一体化中的共性和特性问题。最后针对存在的问题,指出要我们要进一步提高对产学研合作的认识,加强产学研合作制度建设,努力发挥政府在产学研结合中的作用以及吸取国外产学研合作的经验教训。

Problem analysis and countermeasure research in the cooperationof enterprise university and research institute

The article first based on the situation of the cooperation from the enterprise university and research institute, and took Anhui Province as example, had pointed out the nearly 5 years our domestic development situation of the cooperation of enterprise university and research institute. Then proposed the problems which existed in the " enterprise ", "study", " research institute " ,as well in the cooperation integration. Finally the author aimed at the questions existence, pointed out we have to enhance the acquaintance of it, strengthen the construction, display the government function as well as absorb the overseas experience.
