| 摘 要： | 本文通过对国内外学者关于员工忠诚度的文献整理,对当前员工忠诚度的影响因素及有效提高员工忠诚度的培养对策方面进行总结与回顾,在此基础上提出了员工忠诚度研究的有关结论与建议,以期管理者能对员工忠诚度有看更深刻的认识,从而推进企业对员工忠诚度的管理。
