社会转型期群体性事件法律成因分析及对策

随着中国社会的高速发展，各种社会矛盾不断凸现，如果处理不当，很有可能引发大规模的群体性事件，这也是转型期中国面临的一大难题。群体性事件爆发的原因是多种多样的，但究其根本则在于法律制度的不健全，不完善，导致公民利益诉求的渠道不畅通所致。本文就群体性事件的法律成因进行了分析，并提出相应的对策，以期从法律层面为群体性事件的解决提供有益的参考。

Group Incidents Legal Cause Analysis and Countermeasures

With the rapid development of Chinese society, various social conflicts have been highlighted, if not handled properly, potentially triggering a large-scale mass incidents, which China faces a major challenge in transition. The reasons for the outbreak of group incidents are varied, but the root of the fundamental lies in the imperfect legal system, leading to interests of the citizens due to the demands of the channel is not smooth. This article analysises the legal causes and put forwards corresponding countermeasures, with a view from a legal perspective provide a useful reference for the solution of the group events.
