| 摘 要： | 着眼于土地管理服务于“转方式、调结构”的发展战略，国土资源管理工作重心必须尽快实现从重审批到重监管的转变。供地率是供地情况、用地需求的真实反映，是土地供应管理工作的重要指标，具有重要的导向性作用。本文主要分析了影响供地率的主要因素，提出了提高供地率的几点看法和需要注意的问题。

| Abstract: | To facus on the land management and serve the development strategy of ＂mode transforming and structure adjustment＂, the land resources management work shall realize the emphases transforming from＂ examine and arrpove＂ to ＂supervise and eontrol＂ as soon as possible.Land supply rate is the real-time reflection of land supply and usage requests. It＇s an important indication of land supply management work and takes great role of orientation.This article mainly analyze the main factors influencing land supply rate and put forward several views to increase the land supply rate, also, some issues which shall be pay more attention to. |
