| 摘 要： | 本文从6个方面研究了组织技术和物质条件对组织成员情感体验的影响,提出了通过组织技术和物质条件的改变提高组织成员情感体验的8个策略。通过本文的研究,对组织技术和物质条件对组织组织成员情感体验的作用有更深入的理解,并进一步为一个组织在组织技术和物质条件的创新、发展,优化等提供了一定的借鉴意义。
