摘    要:提出一种基于条纹投影来测量凹陷物体三维轮廓的方法。由计算机模拟正弦分布条纹图样投影到三维凹陷物体上,条纹图受到物体表面轮廓的变化而发生变形,通过数字采集卡把图像采集到计算机中,对得到的图像进行处理得到物体表面的相位,根据相位和高度的关系得到物体的高度分布。利用这种方法对凹陷物体进行了实际测量,结果证实了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:Advanced one kind of method to measure the three dimensional outline of the sunken object.The stripe is projected to the sunken ob- ject by computer simulation.The stripe is changed by the object outline,The picture of stripe is gathered to computer by the CCD,the phase is cal- culated by analyzing the picture of stripe.The high distribution is gained according to the relation of phase and height.This method is feasibility fi- nally by carried of the actual experiments on the sunken object.
