| 摘 要： | 基于DNA序列的混沌游戏表示，给出了一种新的3D图形表示来表征DNA序列。为了便于序列间的比较，将DNA序列的3D图形表示转化成了相应的矩阵表示并讨论了它们的数字特征。

| Abstract: | Based on chaos game representation of DNA sequence, a novel 3D graphical representation to present DNA sequence was proposed. To facilitate the comparisons of DNA sequences, the 3D graphical representation was transformed into corresponding matrix representation and then discusses their numerical characterizations. |
