| 摘 要： | 当前正值我国高校竞技体育高速发展时期，普通高校高水平运动队取得了不俗的成绩，但在运动队的定位、招生、训练设施和经费以及办队学校的管理制度、教练员执教能力等方面存在着问题，试对这些问题进行分析研究，并提出解决办法与对策。

| Abstract: | High-Level Athletic Teams have performed remarkably on the occasion of the rapid development of college competitive sports in current China. However, there exists problems in regard to the orientation, enrollment, trainning facilities and funds as well as the management system and coaching effectiveness of those team-running colleges. In this article, the author tries to analyze the problems and propose some possible solutions. |
