摘    要:加热炉系统的优劣直接影响到钢材的质量,模糊控制技术是一种新的通过对燃烧气体流量分析和控制来辅助脉冲式烧嘴的技术,该技术主要是通过在本地主管道中采集煤气的热值、空燃比和各个烧嘴的空气、煤气烧嘴的气体流量数据。通过模糊控制调节、加热需求模糊控制的重新计算,得出合适的脉冲烧嘴打开时间。在国内现有加热系统中已经取得了良好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:Furnace pros and cons of the system directly affects the quality of steel fuzzy control technology is a new combustion gas flow through the analysis and control to complement the pulse burner technology, which is mainly in charge of Road by a local collection of gas calorific value, airfuel ratio and various air burner, gas burner gas flow data. By fuzzy control regulation, fuzzy control, re-heating demand calculation to arrive at appropriate time of the pulse burner opening. The existing heating system in the country has achieved good economic and social benefits
