简论农村教师的培训模式

现行的农村教师教育培训存在滞后、剥离和资金短缺等问题。根据农村实际情况,对农村教师的培训应建立一个连续阶段模式,以校本培训为主,构成集中培训式、师徒结对式、主体体验研修式和联合培训式等培训体系,提高教师质量,促进新农村建设。

On Rural Teachers Training Patterns

Lagging,stripping,funds lacking and other issues are the problems of the existing education and training of teachers in rural areas. According to the actual situation in rural areas,a continuous-stage model should be established in training rural teachers,from which form a training system of school training center together with centralized training,apprenticeship twinning training,mainbody experiencing study-research training and joint training to improve the quality of teachers and promote new rural construction.
