| 摘 要： | 新时期普通高校在教学模式上传统的“一刀切”体育教学模式已不能适应时代的发展以及新时期社会对高校人材培养的需求,教学模式的大胆改革,旨在体现“以人为本”的现代教育理念,更好地在高校公共体育教学中推行和实施“素质教育”、“快乐体育”和“终身体育”。
