| 摘 要： | 针对刀具振动信号的非平稳特性进行分析,引入了基于小波分解和重构的去噪方法,并利用已知信号对去噪效果进行分析,得到较好的结论,保证能够准确提取盒维数。将盒维数应用于刀具振动信号的特征提取,以一种简单明了的方式来描述振动信号的正常与异常,为刀具磨损状态的识别提供一种新方法。

| Abstract: | We analyze the no stationary characteristic of the vibration signal of the cutting tool,and introduce the de-noising method based on wavelet decomposition and reconfiguration.We analyze the de-noise effect according to the known signal and get the satisfactory result by the method.This method can ensure to extract the fractal dimension exactly.We use box dimension to get the feature extraction of the vibration signal.It provides a simple way to describe the normal and abnormal state of the vibration signal.... |
