摘    要:为探索粉煤灰对水泥基材料力学性能的影响,采用二次回归正交设计的方法研究粉煤灰水泥基材料3d、28d的抗压强度和抗折强度,探讨了各因素对水泥基材料力学性能的影响规律。研究表明:采用二次回归正交设计建立的数学模型能够准确的描述水胶比、胶砂比、粉煤灰掺量与水泥基材料各龄期抗压强度、抗折强度相互之间的内在规律。

Abstract:To study the effect of fly ash on the mechanical properties of cement-based material, the compression strength and the strength of cement and fly ash based mortar is studied in this paper by way of orthogonal design after 3 and 28 days. The principle that affects each element on the mechanical properties of cement-based material is also discussed. The results of the study show that the intrinsic law between the compression strength and the strength of cement and fly ash based mortar and several elements can be reflected by mathematic model that was built by the method of orthogonal design.
