食品工艺学实验教学改革初探

摘    要:本文针对食品工艺学实验教学中存在的主要问题,结合几年来的教学实践,提出了充实实验教学队伍、健全实践教学考核制度、优化实验教学内容和完善实践教学环节等加强实验教学改革的措施与方法。

Abstract:With the teaching practice of food technology in recent years, measures and methods such as personnel complement, check-up system establishment, preferential content and perfect steps in expermiental teaching, were put forward in this article, on the basis of the expermiental teaching in food technology.
