关节镜下治疗膝关节骨关节炎135例疗效分析

目的：探讨关节镜对膝关节骨关节炎的治疗效果及相关并发症。方法：回顾自2008年3月至2010年3月对135例（139膝）膝关节骨关节炎患者行关节镜下探查清理，并进行跟踪随访6～12个月，平均9．2个月。结果：本组患者优23例（23膝），良75例（75膝），可14例（15膝），差23例（26膝），优良率为70．5％，并发症13膝。结论：关节镜手术具有微创、安全、术后恢复快、住院周期短等优点，值得临床推广和应用，但需注意严格选择适应症及防范严重并发症。

Efficacy Analysis of Arthroscopic Treatment in 135 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To evaluate the role of arthroscopy in treatment effect of knee osteoarthfitis and related complications. Methods The retrospective analysis was performed on 135 patients with 139 knees arthroseopy from March 2008 to March 2010,and they were followed up for average 9.2 months （6 to 12months）.Resuhs There were 23 knees with excellent function and 75 with good and 15 with fair and 26 with poor results. The excellent and good results were 70.5% ,and 13 knees of complications. Conclusions The advantage of arthroscopic surgery is minimally invasive, safe, quickly recover, short term in hospital and it is worthy of clinical application.But we should pay attention to indications and complication prevention.
