HR-HPV联合TCT检测对CIN诊断的价值

目的：探讨高危型人乳头状瘤病毒（HR-HPV）联合宫颈液基细胞学检测（TCT）在宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）中的诊断价值。方法：对TCT检查异常的182例女职工均行高危型HPV检测,对检查异常者行病理组织学检查,以病理组织学结果为金标准,对结果进行分析。结果：随着细胞学诊断级别的升高,HPV感染率显著升高。TCT检测、HR-HPV检测、联合检测与组织学诊断的符合率分别为为81.72%、86.67%、96.92%。联合检测与TCT检测比较,差异有显著性（χ2=8.3581,P〈0.01）;联合检测与HPV-DNA检测比较,差异有显著性（χ2=4.674,P〈0.05）。结论：在宫颈病变筛查中HR-HPV联合TCT检测比单一方法检测更具有诊断价值。

The Value of HR-HPVplus TCTto Diagnose CIN

Objective：To explore the value of high-risk human papilloma virus （HR-HPV） plus thinprep cytological （TCT） to diagnose cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）Methods：By giving HR-HPV tests to 182 females whose results of TCT are abnormal and then further pathological tests to the abnormal, on the basis of whose results to make analysis.Results：With the accuracy of cytological diagnosis, the infection rate of HPV is also rising drastically. The coincidence rates of TCT tests, HP-HPV tests, united tests and cytological diagnosis are 81.72%, 86.67% and 96.92% respectively. Compared united tests with cytological diagnosis, the differences are significant （χ2 =8.3581 ,P〈0.01 ）; Compared united tests with HPV-DNA tests, the differences are also significantly （χ2 =4.674, P〈0.05 ）Conclusion：The cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） can he detected by HR-HPV and TCT. As combining the HR-HPV and TCT which positive reaction is much higher than the single,the difference was significant （p〈 0.05）. It was more worthy to detect the CIN with the combined HR-HPV and TCT.
