摘    要:从275型钻井气动卡瓦的结构和工作原理入手,运用ANSYS软件添加约束和载荷,分别从钻杆和卡瓦体的角度对卡紧力进行了有限元分析,得出了变形图和应力云图,确定了卡紧时的应力分布情况,并对不合理之处进行了优化改进。

Abstract:Starting with the structure and working principle of the model 275 drilling pneumatic slip,restrictions and loads are added by the ANSYS soft,and the finite element analysis is carried out from the angle of drill pipes and slip body respectively to obtain the deformation map and stress nephogram.Thus the stress distribution conditions while clamping are determined and the unreasonable points are optimized and improved.
