摘    要:通过对食品分析课程实践教学进行改革,调动了学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性,提高了学生的基本操作技能,培养了学生观察、分析、解决问题的综合能力,达到了提高实践教学质量的目的。

Abstract:Some reforms were carried on in the food analysis practice teaching .The goal of reform is to mobilize student ’s interest and enthusiasm of learn, raise their basic operation skill , foster their synthesis ability. The reform effectively improved the quality of food analysis practice teaching.
