| Abstract: | Some reforms were carried on in the food analysis practice teaching .The goal of reform is to mobilize student ’s interest and enthusiasm of learn, raise their basic operation skill , foster their synthesis ability. The reform effectively improved the quality of food analysis practice teaching. |
