| Abstract: | Shanghai Five faced common safe problem and economy development problem,therefore five countries＇ cooperative needs and wishes strengthened continuously, the realm and scope expanded continuously, the depth and level of struclure promoted continuously. In the end, the Shanghai Five turned into district international organization in 2001.6. In its formation and development process, not only made remarkable achievements, and more and more gave prominence to its world significance and impact. |
