我国职业病保障的现状分析与政策建议

当前中国的职业病形势十分严峻，对我国经济发展的影响日益加剧，职业病危害已发展成为一个重大的公共卫生问题和社会问题。做好职业病保障工作，对于维护和保障劳动者的身体健康和合法权益，稳定社会推动经济发展，具有十分重要的意义。本论文从我国职业病保障的现状出发，分析了现阶段我国职业病保障存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了完善我国职业病保障的几点建议。

Positive Analysis and Policy Suggestion for Social Security of Occupational Disease Patient in China

The situation of occupational disease in China is very severe at present. It has a greater influence on economic development of our country. It has become a momentous public health issue and social issue. A good work of social security of occupational disease is of great significance to protect laboring security and laborer health, to maintain the stability of society, to further economic development. This paper summarizes the current situation of social security of occupational disease in our country, analyzes current matters about this issue in our country, and last puts forward some proposals on it.
